‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

 The Weather: Another beautiful week.

This week had Dec, 7^th and I remembered Pearl Harbor.

CHRISTMAS in Key West is probably not like it is in your home town. We do decorate Christmas Trees.

We also decorate Palm Trees.

We will even decorate lobster traps.

And flamingos

And pirates

And anchors

And fish

And jelly fish

And shrimp

Even gators

We have our Christmas Parade

And our Lighted Bike Parade.

And our Lighted Boat Parade
