This Week on the Island 10/04/2015

‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

Weather: A Hurricane hanging around off the eastern coast of Florida. A front moving across the eastern portion of the U.S. Rain, lots of rain everywhere. Except here in Key West.

Well here it is Sunday morning at 5:00 AM and I haven’t done anything about the blog for the week. I guess I have better put something together.

The Hummer had transmission problems and had to go to the shop. It is home now and running fine after many $$$$$$$$.

I spent some time on my trike so here are some pics. Sand washing up and building a little beach. That is the Casa Marina in the background.

Saturday afternoon, Jo and I got on our trikes and went down to Whitehead Street to vote in the local election.
