This Week on the Island 01/07/2018

 ‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

The Weather:

This week I read the book ‘Across The Sound’.

Things happening around town. The condos on Simonton Street continue to be built. At $1.6 Million, everyone should rush down and buy one.

The building next to Sloppy Joes will be Duval Central.

The building on Green Street that used to be Chicago’s will be ‘The BC too’.

The building on the corner of Green and Whitehead is gutted and being rebuilt.
