This Week on the Island 05/22/2022
‘This Week on
the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about
happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts
that are lies.
Of course, the weather said nothing about the waterspout (tornado at sea) that hit Cudjoe Key.
At the Truman Waterfront old Sub basin, we had two ships. One (431) was Canadian.
Then we had a second Canadian Ship (430) arrive.
These ships are really large compared to the Santa Maria replica seen here in front of one of the cruise ships that visit Key West. You may need to enlarge this picture to get a better view of the Santa Maria.
Teeki looking out the front gate watching the tourists go by.
We leave you with ‘Easy like Sunday morning’.
