This Week on the Island 11/27/2022

‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

The Weather: Another beautiful week.

59 years ago, President Kennedy was killed. This is him in Key West. The guys standing at attention, in shorts, along the side of the road are Navy Frog Men (now SEALS). Note the sign in the background with the man on the dolphin.

This week was also Thanksgiving. Hope you had a good one.

Jo, Bolt, Teeki and I spent some of the day with Michael McCloud at Schooner Wharf.
