 ‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

The Weather: People are always asking, ‘What is the weather supposed to be like next week? ‘ Nice

This week I read the book ‘The Catcher in the Rye’ by J.D. Salinger.

Teeki and I went for another little trike ride around town. This time back to Bahama Village and Thomas Street.

We rode past Blue Heaven.

And the Community Center and Pool.

And the really nice park that is there.

Then we went over to Fort Street and past the old ammo dumps.

Then back out to the end of US#1.
