‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

My computer broke so I haven’t written this blog for 2 weeks. One morning the computer was running very slow and the battery was below 15%. I charged the battery to 100% but the speed did not increase. I sent it to Dell and they replaced lots of parts.

I tried to restore from my backup but it was corrupted. I did get my data restored with a file from March. With my wife’s help, the computer is running OK now. Some data lost due to old backup used for restore.
