This Week on the Island 12/25/2016

  ‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

Weather: Same as last week. Beautiful all week with the highs in the high 70’s and low 80’s. Blue skies and white clouds. Still running the A/ C.

We started the week with a car show at Conch Republic Seafood.

Teeki’s first trip to Dog Beach. (Next to Louis Back Yard).

Got home and had 3 roses blooming by the front door.

Christmas in Key West. We decorate a statue to look like a Christmas Tree.

How about a Christmas Tree in a boat surrounded by crab traps.

Or maybe put lights on an old anchor.

How about stacking up some lobster traps, put some light on it so it looks like a Christmas Tree at night.

Let’s decorate a horse.

Or maybe a pig

Last week I promised a picture of me and Teeki dancing.

And last, we got a present on the front door. It was for Teeki.
