This Week on the Island 05/01/2016

  ‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

Weather: Same as last week and the week before and the week before that, etc, etc. Beautiful all week.  Nice.

The book this week was ‘Deep Blue’ by Randy Wayne White.

This week was more of ‘Conch Republic Days’ with many activities all over the island. Last week ended with the ‘Drag Races’ on Duval Street.

And of course I had to spend some time at Schooner.
