‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.
The Weather:
Victoria’s Restaurant being built on the corner of Green and Duval.
We now know that building as Sloppy Joe’s.
It has been closed since St. Paddy’s Day but this week it opened the corner door to sell drinks to go.
The old Turtle Kraals.
Turtle Kraals being remodeled into The Boat House.
Willy T’s now.
The old Truman Waterfront when it was still a military base.
We leave you with ‘Easy like Sunday morning’, taken at the dog park this week.
