This Week on the Island 02/08/2015

‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

Weather: Cold the first of the week, then rain on Thursday and then a beautiful weekend.

This week I read ‘Dead on the Dance Floor’ by Heather Graham.

This has been a busy week with lots of tourist everywhere. I guess everyone want to get out of the cold north.

The week started with Ground Hog Day.

Then Jo’s birthday.

Which we celebrated with Hailey

At Schooner on Saturday

We also celebrated the buying of the house in Key West 14 years ago.

On the weekend there were some guys from Key West making a 9 foot Key Lime Pie in Boston during a snow fall.
