the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about
happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts
that are lies.
The Weather:
I just hope he doesn’t show up here.
Last weekend the Minimal Regatta was held in the Key West bight outside Schooner Wharf Bar.
June 1 was the beginning of Hurricane Season.
The wall on the side of the building across the street from Blue Heaven has been updated.
We leave you with ‘Easy like Sunday morning’. This one is a bit different than my normal picture. This is the Sunrise on Memorial Day looking across the Key West Bight from Conch Republic Seafood.
