No book this week.
-----------------------------Mel Fisher Days-------------------
Mel Fisher is the guy that found the Atochia (a Spanish Galleon full of gold, silver, and precious stones).
07/11 The kick-off party was Thursday night at Schooner Wharf Bar.
07/12 Friday night was ‘Hard Times and Glory Days’ at the Smokin’Tuna.
07/13 Saturday was a street party on the corner of Duval and Green
07/14 Sunday was ‘brunch with a twist’ at Charlie Mac’s
07/15 Sunday was ‘Midnight Gambler Texas Hold ‘em Poker on the Sunset Water Sports Party Boat
We leave you this week at the ‘Old Pirate Well’ on the 400 block of Caroline Street. This is the spot where freshwater was found on the island many years ago.
Key West, You have got to love it
