‘This week on the Island' is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

Weather: Another beautiful week. In the mid 80’s in the day and high 70’s at night with lots of sun and the humidity is dropping.

The book this week was ‘Car Wash Blues’ by Michael Haskins. His books are great in that you can follow the characters around Key West and know many of the locations and people in the bars and restaurants.
