‘This Week on the Island’ is written by Doug Bennett and is an update to friends about happenings in Key West last week. Everything is true except for those parts that are lies.

The Weather: Quit the mix of weather this week.

A military ship at the outer mole all by itself.

The next day it had company.

The city has added a few new benches at the Truman Water Front Park.

Teeki had to try it out.

Teeki and Aspen playing at the dog park. Aspen is moving to north Georgia. Teeki will miss him.

We have a new pod of bananas growing.

Teeki and I ran into some friends at Schooner.

Riding down Trumbo Road.

We seem to be back into waterspout season.
